As Offshore Worksite Representative:

Ensure that all work procedures and Management of Change are followed.
Ensure all Health and Safety issues are of the highest focus.
Monitor the performance and competence of the worksite team.
Ensure compliance with both local and international regulations is maintained.
Monitor the safety and efficiency of worksite operations.
Provide reports on work undertaken, any lessons learned and suggestions for improvement.


As Shift Supervisor / OCS:

Coordinating the safe and efficient delivery of operations, following Client approved procedures for Mobilisation, Deck and Subsea activities; reporting directly to the Offshore Construction Manager.
Typical roles and responsibilities include:
Ownership of an accurate shift log.
Supervision and monitoring of any Management of Change.
Maintain effective communication and team direction.
Active participation in pre-shift meetings, Risk Assessments, Project de-brief etc.

As ROV Superintendent:

Typical roles and responsibilities include:

Supervision and management of the ROV teams on the vessel to ensure safe and efficient utilization of resources as required to deliver high quality results.

Ensuring that training and direction is provided as required for team development. Provide regular appraisal and performance feedback of personnel. Encourage coaching of junior members, always seeking to maximize the team performance.

Preparation and review of site-specific procedures, and risk-assessments. Responsible for department safety, and compliance with industry standards such as LOLER, PUWER, and COSHH

Management of maintenance schedules, certification, and stock control.

Operational management, through standard Procedure and Management of Change as required. Off site Project support as required during planning and initial risk assessment activities.

Detailed planning of Project mobilisation and demobilisation activities, and any non-scheduled maintenance.

Provide specialist technical / operational knowledge during challenging offshore Projects.

Operate LARS equipment; perform ROV Pilot / Co-Pilot duties; undertake challenging manipulator tasks as and when required.
