General Manager – Fish Farm

Daily management of commercial fish farming operations – initial involvement with an offshore salmon farm producing some 300te annually, then moving to an onshore trout farm producing some 350te.

Here in 1993 with two of our small but bumper harvest of Salmon taken in as S2s the year before. These were just over 9Kg if I remember correctly. Shown by Gary Budge and Hugh Besant.
